What are some views on the recent death of IAS officer Mukesh Pandey?

The suicide of Mr Mukesh Pandey, a 2012 batch IAS officer, is extremely unfortunate. He was a brilliant student and he got 14th rank in the Civil Services Examination. He was recently appointed as the District Magistrate of Buxar.
Mukesh Pandey was married and his wife was staying in the NCR. His wife belongs to one of the most influential families of Bihar. Her grandfather is a well - known contractor while father runs the biggest Maruti Suzuki Dealership and showroom of Bihar named VAU's Automobiles.
Mukesh Pandey had not only written three suicide notes, but also had shot a video. He had recorded this video in his mobile phone in Buxar. In the video, he is clearly revealing everything what led him to think about terminating such a wonderful life. The continuous fight between his wife and mother was one of the main reasons.
His suicide only proves that mere external achievements and successes can’t give you happiness and purpose of life if you are broken from within.
He had a life which would be a dream to millions of Indians. He had the best job, a lovely wife and a small child. His parents must have been so proud of him, when he got selected in IAS. Who would have thought that he would end his life this way?
We must, therefore, learn that the most important thing in life is not external achievements but internal peace and satisfaction.
Unfortunately, we keep on running after the external accomplishments thinking that those achievements would make us happy and forget about little and small things that makes life beautiful and joyful and available all around us in abundance.
